If you need to return your order, send us an email with your order number and reason. We will get back to you with instructions for return to Canada or the US.
Product is damaged
Include a picture of the product and the packaging. If possible note the damage with the courier. We will figure out how to make it right!
Changed my mind
If you simply changed your mind, we ask that you pack up well, and if possible use the original packaging. If not, pack well and send us an
email with your order #. We will forward instructions with a return-to address in the USA or Canada
Custom work
Note: Custom work cannot be returned if you change your mind. We will make it right if we have made an error, but approval of final artwork acknowledges you have checked the work as presented and agree to go ahead.
